Delmar Chemicals is the most important manufacturer of pharmaceutical active ingredients and bulk pharmaceuticals in Quebec. Constantly expanding and being a world class company, we export the majority of our products to the U.S. and around the world.Perform preliminary research to identify potential new clients. Upon identifying a potential client, use available industry research tools (Investigational Drug Database, Nerac etc.) to qualify potential clients by gathering information and evaluating the suitability of chemistry being performed. -Customers service -Monitor purchase orders and forecasts received from existing clients and liaise with these clients to keep this information up-to-date. Communicate this information to the appropriate departments in the company. -Invoicing clients -Maintain all client files (disclosure agreements, communications, proposals, cost sheets technical information etc.) -Manage and update the client database -When required, assist in the monitoring of current new projects. Coordinate activities between different departments and when necessary, communicate the project status directly to the appropriate client and/or sales agent. -Track and manage external communications and advertisements including website links, press releases and hard copy advertising campaigns. Help to keep this information current. -Provide relevant background information on any products already marketed by clients and potential clients -Coordinate preparations for two trade shows each year |
Requirement |
B.Sc. or equivalent combination of technical work experience and education. You are bilingual, French/English (oral & written). Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. You have the ability to communicate well, you are self-motivated and you are a teamworker. You have good analytical skills. Three to 5 years experience in a similar position. |
