Se state tutto il giorno sul divano, e lo sport lo guardate solo in TV, è facile che il vostro muscolo cardiaco si indebolisca e che in futuro abbia problemi. E questo succede persino agli scimpanzé, stretti parenti (almeno sul piano dell&#8217;evoluzione) dell&#8217;uomo. Anche se non mangiano tortillas, che io sappia, e nemmeno tutte quelle schifezze (buonissime) dei fast food.
