Hi all,
i work in a Lab with microarrays of ADN and we use R and Spotfire for data analysis.
We are getting very good results thanks to these 2 tools, If you also work with microarrays I would like to share my experiences with you.

Do you use any LIMS to store microarray data ? Currently we are using ArrayHub (www.integromics.com) and it's very useful to query data from experiments.

Btw, I see you're using R for data analysis.
Would you be able to explain me how to do a 2 way ANOVA with that? If so you can answer in this topic!
