1 PhD student position is available in 2008 (starting from October, 1st)
at the Yeast Molecular Genetics Lab, ICGEB, Trieste, Italy. Applicants
must be nationals of an ICGEB Member State .Pls check the Member State list at: http://www.icgeb.org/GENERAL/MEMBERS/memberst.htm
A B.Sc. or M.Sc. university degree is required; good working knowledge of
the English language (supported by a proficiency certificate such as
TOEFL, Cambridge Certificate or equivalent) is essential; candidates must
be below the age of 32 years at the time of the closing date ; the PERIOD
OF SUPPORT is 3 years, with extension of up to a maximum of one year;
knowledge of budding yeast genetics is a preferential requisite. The
deadline is April 2008.
